Markers and monuments mark the grave of a loved one, commemorate a special person, and offer a focal point for grief while visiting the grave of a loved one. Selecting and establishing a permanent memorial for a family member or loved one not only satisfies an immediate need, but it also preserves our heritage.
Markers are installed flush in the ground and mark one or two graves. Monuments are upright and may mark a family plot. Markers and monuments are available in a variety of sizes and styles. Markers are typically made of bronze or of granite. Monuments are typically made of granite.
Some cemeteries do have restrictions for monuments and markers. A funeral director will assist you with this. Standard markers (24" x 12") start at $390 plus the cemetery installation charge. Monuments start at $1,294 plus the cemetery installation charge.
