Mr. Morrison was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a Mason.
He worked at General Motors as a Senior Process Engineer for 27 years. He also worked at Lear for 13 years, running projects and consulting. He holds 30 patents with Lear.
Gerald was a history buff and enjoyed golf, airplanes and reading everything.
Beloved husband of Joan for 58 years. Dear father of Glenn (fiancée Mary Cameron), Mike (Terri), Gary (Beth), Joel and the late Russell. Grandfather of Kyle, Nicole, Shannon, Emma, Cassidy and Colby. Brother of James (C.C.).
Funeral Monday, December 10th at 10:00am at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward (btwn 13-14 Mile).
