Robert Harold Salveta, age 48 of Royal Oak, passed away on December 23, 2013. Born in Royal Oak on September 20, 1965 Theodore and Delores Salveta.
He grew up in Southfield and attended Southfield High School.
Robert worked for his parents for many years in the exhibit industry and eventually became a project manager in the same field. Some of his career highlights include the Harley Davidson Museum, the Coors Train and the Woodward Dream Cruise.
In his free time he loved to fish and spend time with his family. He was always willing to help out anyone in his family.
Loving son of Theodore G. and Delores. Brother of Theodore, Daniel, David (Michelle) and Thomas (Anna). Nephew of Loretta Kurylo (Frank) and Rodger Salveta. Uncle of Jennifer Collins (Kevin), Greg Salveta, Robert Lesnew, Donna Lesnew, Teresa Sherwood (Sam), Kevin Salveta, Craig Salveta(Anna), Angela Salveta, Maria Salveta, Thomas Salveta and Jessica Duleba. Great uncle of Hannah Collins, Gabriel Collins, Claire Lesnew and Gloria Lesnew. Also survived by numerous cousins.
Funeral service Monday 11a.m. at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward (btwn 13-14 Mile), 248-549-0500.
Family will receive friends Sunday 12:00-5:00p.m.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
