TIMMY VACHON, age 7, died suddenly on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at William Beaumont Hospital, in Royal Oak, Michigan. He was born July 23, 1999, in Royal Oak. He was a resident of Bloomfield Hills.

Education: Timmy was a first grader at St. Hugo of the Hills School, in Bloomfield Hills.

Timmy loved sports, especially baseball and the Detroit Tigers. He knew all the players, their numbers, and he enjoyed attending games with his family, including the World Series.

Timmy had an infectious smile. He was very dramatic, the type of kid who wore his heart on his sleeve. He was also very determined and competitive, hating to lose at anything. He always carried the attitude of “Never Give Up”.

Timmy loved life and all of his friends. He had many nicknames including, “The Rooster”, “Little Man Fred”, “Timmy Boy”, “Boo Boo”, “Tim Tim”, “Sharkbait”, “Timmy Two-tone”, “Timmy Toot-toot”, and “Mister Mister”. He also had the most beautiful blue eyes.

Timmy was all about love. He loved his school, St. Hugo of the Hills and especially his teachers, Mrs. Przygocki, Mrs. Price and Mrs. Davis. He loved his many friends, both girls and boys, and often “presented” them, rather that just introducing them. Being the only boy around his sisters and many girl cousins and their friends, he would often strut around the house without his shirt on. He loved all the girls. He especially loved his family " his mom, Anne, his older sister Charlotte, his twin Mary Claire, his Dad, “Rogie” who was his best friend and his dog, “Hoover”. He loved being named after his Uncle Tim who was killed in a car accident many years ago.

He loved to “high five” people, or simply give a “thumbs up”.

In July of 2006, a fire completely destroyed his family home. Timmy lost everything, but he never complained. After the fire, he said to his parents, “Wherever we go, wherever we live, we(TM)re always the Vachons; it doesn(TM)t matter, we just have to have a little spirit.” This inspiring phrase said much about his character and faith. He was very charismatic and was loved by all who knew him.
